Overall very happy
"Overall I’m extremely happy with my purchase.
I had to submit my claim manually as I had issues connecting my GreenSheild insurance to Kits.ca (and the customer service representative from kits was zero help and I would absolutely not recommend), the manual submission was very fast and easy.
The price was AWESOME! I had been quoted $700 for “budget friendly” computer glasses locally (I only paid $100 with Kits) and I think I like them more.
Fit… I’ll need to take them somewhere to get adjusted but I expected that.
Provided you don’t need to deal with their customer service representatives your overall Kits experience will be great "

Overall excellent quality with one caveat
"Good quality of the frames and lenses. Excellent tinting outdoors and completely transparent indoors. However, on the glasses I received, one temple opens more than the other. It's causing the glasses to tilt to one side, which makes it uncomfortable to use. "

Didn’t like the nose bridge
"The glasses stuck out too far because of the nose bridge. But I was able to get a free replacement without the lift. "
